Q. Is there a cost for your services?
A. No. Rubicon is compensated only if we locate & procure your product based on your specifications and acceptance. Our compensation is based on supplier cost and will be a part of the landed cost. When Rubicon quotes a price, it will include our compensation as well as costs for overseas shipping, tarriffs & custom fees. If we can not locate your product at the right price then there is no cost to you.
** Customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing samples to and from China.
Q. What is the time frame to receive finished products?
A. On an initial order, finished product might take up to 60-90 days to receive. Afterwards, the time frame would be approximately 60 days. Shipping alone can take up to 6 weeks. Other variables include: manufacturing time, customs, design changes, etc.
Q. Do you offer Non-disclosure agreements for your customers?
A. Yes, upon request.
Q. Do you offer product sourcing in other countries beside China?
A. Yes, on a case by case basis.
Q. Will I be in cntact with the manufacturers directly?
A. No, Rubicon handles all communication with the factories.
Q. Does Rubicon have the ability to warehouse product?
A. Yes. In addition to storage, we can also offer Pick & Pack services and inventory control.
Q. What territory in the United States do you service?
A. We are able to do business anywhere in the US.
