Larry Dempsey

Larry founded the company several years ago to meet the demands of an ever increasingly competitive work environment. Larry has extensive experience in small business ownership and management, and has started several successful businesses that were operated in the Columbus, Ohio market place.

Ryan Dempsey

 Ryan recently graduated from The Ohio State University where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Intenational Business. As part of his curriculeum, Ryan spent a year studying abroad and attended Sghanghi University. While attending Shanghi Universiy, Ryan was also able to travel thoughout Thailand and the Middle East, gaining valuable cultural experience and making numurous business contacts. Ryan has also taken four years of Mandaren (Chinese) and is proficient in speaking on a local level.

Sean Dempsey

Sean is in charge of the day to day sales and marketing of Rubicon International. Sean has been involved in sales for the past several years and has developed an extensive network of business relationships.
